Toucan Diving Toucan Diving is a PADI, Five Star, Gold Palm IDC Training center, conveniently located on the premises of the Plaza Resort Bonaire. Toucan Diving operates with Island Hopper dive boats. All boats are equipped with oxygen, medic first-aid kit, fresh water and VHF radio. A maximum of 14 divers will be carried on one boat.
